Joint Balm
This herbal balm is a blend of Chinese herbs & essential oils for joint pain in the hands, elbows, shoulders, neck and back, hips, knees, ankles, feet, etc.
Active Ingredients: corydalis, mulberry twig, loranthus, pubescent angelica root, angelica root, siler,
cyathulae, clematis, cinnamon twig, eucalyptus oil, clove oil, ginger oil, myrrh
Inactive Ingredients: organic olive oil, beeswax, camphor
Warming Foot Bath
Ingredients:
Mugwort 20g, Safflower 20g
Benefits:
Helps activate blood circulation and unblock Qi (energy) channels, benefits skin, disperses cold and alleviates pain. Good for swollen, tired feet. Also beneficial for coughs and flu prevention.
Directions:
Boil the ingredients in 5 cups of water for 40 minutes. Let it reduce to a concentrated mixture of about 3 cups. Strain the herbs and save for another cooking. Pour water and 1.5 cups filtered mixture into a basin. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes or until there is a slight sweat. Refrigerate herbs and cook again following the directions above.
This single herb pack will make 2 soaks that will last 7-10 days.
Salt Soak
Ingredients:
Epsom Salt, Sea Salt, Calendula, Lavender
Benefits:
Salt is attributed to the Kidney element in Chinese Medicine. Soaking has een prescribed for over 5000 years to relax tension, soothe muscles and pampering.
Directions:
Add 1/2 cup – 2 cups to your bath or foot soak.
